MC-6000 Network

The MC-6000 is a full-featured lighting control system that can be networked to include relay panels, dimming panels and PCs (computers)

The MC-6000 system is typically used for larger projects like office towers, shopping centers, convention centers, stadiums and institutional buildings

Each relay panel in the system has a modular Douglas interface unit typically consisting of a MC-6210 CPU Card, MC-6308 Input Card(s) and MC-6416 Output Card(s). Up to 255 interface units in separate panels can be networked with a 2-wire RS-485 signal

A PC can control any relay within any panel in the network via the panel's interface unit. MC-6000 software allows time-based schedules, relay groups and super groups, master/global switching, custom screen interface, tenant logging and many other network-wide features

A stand-alone MC-6000 System allows control of an individual relay panel via a hand-held programmer, a telephone line or a photo sensor, depending on the type of Panel Control Card used

The Douglas MC-6000 System is ideal for projects that have a large number of panels and require frequent changing of schedules and relay groupings from a centralized control source
