WRS-2224
Programmable Relay Scanner

programmable relay scanner

  • Connects to 24 relay outputs (up to four 2-wire relays can be connected to each output) which can be assigned into 5 groups
  • Each relay group, easily assigned with the membrane keypad, is controlled by one of the 5 switch inputs. A 2-wire relay switch, time clock output or any lighting control device issuing a momentary contact closure can be connected to an input
  • All switch inputs are default configured for Douglas 2-wire switches or controllers. A switch input can be configured, using the keypad, for other types of switching devices by following the input configuration procedure
  • FLICK WARN option (lights are flicked 5 minutes prior to shutoff) and TIME OUT option (lights shut OFF if left ON for 2 hours during designated 'TIME OUT' period) are assignable to groups
  • The WRS-2224 Programmable Relay Scanner is ideal for projects that have groups of relays in each panel. For example, a school could have a corridor group, a classroom group, an exterior group, etc.
  • For larger projects, multiple scanners can be networked together by adding a Douglas WNX-2624 Network Node to each scanner. When networked, each group input on any of the scanners can control groups of output relays located anywhere in the network
