Douglas PWEx Series Relay Panels

Douglas PWEx series Relay Panels are designed to house Douglas HID relays and control components.PWEx relay panels are pre-assembled to permit quick and easy installation.

  • ENCLOSURE
    A steel box, painted ASA 61 Grey.
  • INTERIOR
    An aluminum frame which holds the barriers, relay mounts and controls.
    The relays and controls required are mounted and wired together on the interior.
  • COVER
    Steel screw-on or hinged covers for both flush and surface styles are available. Painted ASA 61 Grey.
  • STANDARD SIZES
    6, 12, 24, 36 and 72 relay capacity.
  • CERTIFICATIONS
    UL/CSA Industrial Control Panel.
  • CLASSIFICATIONS
    NEMA 1, NEMA 3 and Drip Proof.

Douglas Nema 4 Series Relay Panels

Douglas Nema 4 series Relay Panels are designed to house Douglas HID relays and control components in an enclosure meeting NEMA 4 or NEMA 4x Standard.PWEx relay panels are pre-assembled to permit quick and easy installation.

  • ENCLOSURE & COVER
    N4 enclosures and covers are made of steel coated with ANSI/ASA 61 Grey to meet NEMA 4 Standard. N4x enclosures and covers are made of corrosion-free stainless steel to meet NEMA 4X Standard. Covers are hinged.
  • INTERIOR
    An aluminum frame which holds the barriers, relay mounts and controls. The relays and controls required are mounted and wired together on the interior.
  • STANDARD SIZES
    12, 24, 36, 48 and 72 relay capacity.
  • CERTIFICATIONS
    UL listed, CSA Approved.
  • CLASSIFICATIONS
    NEMA 4, NEMA 4x.

Douglas WEx Series Relay Panels

Douglas WEx series Relay Panels are designed to house Douglas knockout mount relays and control components.WEx relay panels are not pre-assembled. They are intended for on-site assembly.

  • ENCLOSURE & BARRIER
    A Steel box, painted ASA 61 Grey with a steel barrier installed into the panel.
    The barrier(s) have knockouts in which the transformers and relays are mounted.
  • COVER
    Steel screw-on or hinged covers of both flush and surface installations are available. Covers are painted ASA 61 Grey.
  • STANDARD SIZES
    6, 12, 24, 36 and 72 relay capacity.
  • CERTIFICATIONS
    UL/CSA Industrial Control Panel.
  • CLASSIFICATIONS
    NEMA 1 and Drip.

Douglas LitePak Panels

Douglas modular LitePak Panels are intended for small projects (1 to 32 relays) that require easy-to-use sophisticated control. Remote 2-wire switches and photo sensors can be connected to LitePak panels.
